My first car was a black and gold Pinto and after Carey and I met, he felt sorry for me because I was having such a hard time driving a stick shift so he traded me his 1966 Barracuda. When we married my senior year I drove our 1976 Monte Carlo.

I had Erin the year I graduated so I was busy being Mommy, but I finished my beauty school when she was 2.

I've worked in 4 different beauty salons.

Right here in good ole P-town as my kids call it.

Current Hobbies/Activities:

I still enjoy singing. I do solos, and sing with a women's group and choir at Heartland Worship Center. I enjoy spending time with my family and especially my granddaughter when they can make it home.

Unforgettable High School memory (good or bad):

I can remember sitting in Mr. Bruce's algebra class one day and he threw a piece of chalk at me because I was talking, and it made me so mad I walked out of class and went and sat in the office with Mrs. Reed to cool off. I knew that's probably where he would send me and I thought I'd beat him to the punch. After that he never did that to me again and never mentioned the incident either.
